CSAH 34 (Birch Street) Improvements in Lino Lakes

The CSAH 34 Reconstruction project for Anoka County is located in Lino Lakes on Birch Street (CSAH 34) and is roughly one mile in length. It is a staged construction project with two main stages and two intermediate stages. The project consists of modifying the existing roadway from a rural section to an urban section. The new urban section will include a center median for a length of the project as well as two roundabouts. The project will consist of full depth reclamation, watermain/services, storm sewer, new ponds, new parking lot, and trail construction. All of this work is taking place in 2021 with the majority of it happening while school is out of session from June through August.

Devils Lake Pump Station

The City of Devils Lake, ND needed to raise the earth embankments around the lake by 5 feet to account for an anticipated increase in lake levels. To protect the City, an integrated plan was then developed for a 8,500 SF pump station at East Ditch located behind the raised and relocated embankments. Park Construction provided construction services on this project.

Brooklyn Blvd Corridor in Brooklyn Center

This project includes reconstruction and streetscape improvements on a one-mile segment of Brooklyn Boulevard (County Road 152) between Bass Lake Road (County Road 10) and Interstate I-94/694. The proposed street reconstruction and streetscape improvements will improve roadway safety, enhance traffic operations, reduce access points and provide improved bicycle and pedestrian facilities. The project will enhance bicycle and pedestrian travel by adding a trail, improving sidewalks, transit stops, adding streetscaping and landscaping, and improving the functionality of intersections with modified turn lanes and access control throughout the corridor.
