Park Construction was awarded the Site work, Utilities, Asphalt Paving, and Building Demolition package for the Carver Elementary School additions and renovations project in Maplewood, MN. This project included the demolition of a 24,000 SF existing wing of an elementary school and the construction of two new additions, three new parking lots, a bus/parent drop-off loop, and a new playground area.
Park Construction completed this project for the City of Plymouth. Fire Station #2 work included the demolition of the existing fire station and construction of new state of the art facility to meet future expansion of community and the needs of today’s firefighters. Fire Station #3 work included the renovation and expansion of the existing facility. This station remained fully operational throughout the duration of construction. We also constructed new storm water ponds at both facilities.
