Kelly Elness – Human Resource Manager/EEO Officer
Background and Experience:
I attended St. Cloud State University where I double majored in Psychology and Business Management – Human Resources. To further support my profession, I pursued my Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). The majority of my career has been spent in the construction industry, within various sectors. I enjoy the people and find pride in the work we do!
What are you proud of at Park?
I am most proud of the family foundation and longevity of the company. I strive to bring continuous improvement as we aim to be a leader in the industry, while maintaining our values and vision. Park is passionate about offering the opportunity to work hard, find gratification in a quality project, and maintaining safety as a priority.
Hobbies:
I love playing sand volleyball and am always down for a game whenever the opportunity arises. I’m also a big fan of sports in general, but I have a special place in my heart for Minnesota sports teams. I really enjoy spending time outdoors and going hiking, biking, boating, camping, or fishing. And I’m a big supporter of local businesses and events, and I love exploring all that my community has to offer, from restaurants and breweries to sporting events and shopping.
