Charlie Borene – Vice President | Paving Division
Background and Experience:
I have over 30 years experience in the construction industry. I started as a laborer and equipment operator, and worked my way up to foreman. The types of projects I started on included Pit, Plant, Sewer, Water, Grading, and Asphalt Paving. From there I worked as an estimator and project manager. Now I am proud to be the Vice President of our Paving Division.
What are you proud of, and what is your vision for the future?
I am proud of our excellent team environment, which provides growth opportunities for all. My vision for the company is continued growth from within, (not top-down) by supporting and encouraging others to challenge themselves by working towards a leadership role.
