Wage and Salary Structure
Park Construction’s wage and salary structure is competitive within the construction industry. Park believes in promoting talented personnel and offers position advancements with greater responsibility and increased pay based on individual performance. Performance is reviewed on an annual basis. Park regularly reviews the overall pay structure and will make any necessary adjustments to reflect market conditions. Additional benefits may include education assistance, paid holidays, leaves of absence, and paid vacation.
Park Construction provides a comprehensive medical and dental plan to all employees and their families through a company-sponsored health plan. Coverage for the company-sponsored medical plan includes annual physicals for employees and their spouses, and child preventative care and immunizations. The dental plan offers full coverage on preventative and diagnostic services, as well as orthodontic coverage. Also included, is an excellent prescription drug plan, vision coverage, and a death benefit policy. Park also offers long-term disability and life insurance coverage.
Retirement / Profit Sharing
Park Construction provides retirement benefits to all eligible employees through company-sponsored retirement plans. Profit sharing is based on eligibility of each employee.
Eligible, full-time employees may participate in Park Construction’s company-sponsored 401(k) plan. The plan allows participants to invest in pre-tax dollars, as well as an option for post-tax dollars (Roth) for retirement. Included in the plan is a provision for company matching on a portion of the employee’s contribution.
